Raise Her Up is a supportive, community-led programme for women who want space to focus on themselves, explore new possibilities and feel supported. Delivered as a 10-week programme via online Zoom sessions, Raise Her Up offers practical, accessible support that fits around real life and can be joined from anywhere in the UK.
Across the 10 weeks, sessions focus on wellbeing, confidence, employment and work, community connection, and exploring ideas or next steps, with space for discussion, practical tools and shared learning. The programme is designed to feel realistic and achievable, with no pressure to be at a particular stage - women are welcome exactly as they are.
All Raise Her Up sessions are completely free to attend. Thanks to support from The National Lottery Community Fund, there is no cost to take part and no requirement for prior experience. Whether you’re looking to improve your wellbeing, explore employment, connect with other women or develop new ideas, you’re very welcome to join. To take part, simply register your interest using the form below — full session details and Zoom joining information will be shared by email.
